Meet our Psychologist

Dr. Jennifer Caspari

Psychologist

I’m a Registered Psychologist in BC and Colorado, providing evidence-based psychotherapy for adults navigating both acute and chronic health concerns. This includes conditions like chronic pain, fatigue, insomnia, health anxiety, cancer, body image concerns, diabetes, tinnitus, and adjusting to disability. I also support clients working through stress, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and grief.

With a background in health psychology, I focus on helping you build a meaningful life alongside illness or pain. My approach is warm and collaborative, with an emphasis on improving day-to-day functioning, supporting values-based behaviours, and enhancing overall quality of life. Together, we’ll work to better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, while building the flexibility needed for lasting well-being.
