The Role

Healthcare the way it should be done. 

Tall Tree is a multidisciplinary healthcare organization built around a simple idea: healthcare can be better. 

That means clinicians working together instead of in silos. It means looking at the whole person. And it means making it easier for patients to understand and access the care available to them. 

Care Navigators help make that possible. 

You are the glue connecting the administrative and clinical sides of care—and one of the people responsible for making Tall Tree feel different from the moment someone reaches out. 

A job that opens doors, whichever direction you're facing. 

Some Care Navigators are here because they're building a career in healthcare operations. Others are deciding if they want to become clinicians. We're behind you either way. 

Here's what that looks like: 

  • You'll get to know Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Clinical Counsellors, Psychologists, Kinesiologists, and many more, well enough to actually understand what their work involves—not just what their job title says.

  • Not planning to become a clinician? There's room to grow into operational skillset, with systems and processes that are actually worth being part of.

  • Health, dental, paid time off—the works.

One of the best parts of working here? The people & the dogs!

You’ll be part of a supportive Care Navigator team that values kindness, curiosity, collaboration, and a genuine desire to help people. It’s a team that works hard, learns together, and enjoys spending time together along the way. Bonus: there’s almost always a dog around to keep you company.
