Learn meditation through experiential exercises, guided meditation, and group discussion. Gain knowledge and tools for daily life as we explore:

  • Our inherent nature

  • Seated practice & walking meditations

  • Awakening our senses

  • Mindfulness and working with emotions

  • Home practice

    • Establish foundational meditation techniques including breathwork (pranayama) to support your practice

    • Explore the benefits of mediation, including:

    • Cultivate stability

    • Cultivate strength

    • Cultivate clarity of one's inherent nature

    • Support your home practice

  • Kevin is a Registered Massage Therapist and Therapeutic Yoga Teacher with training in Meditation and Mindfulness. His interest in meditation and yoga has deepened over the years with extensive study alongside teachers, authors, philosophers, and spiritual guides, including Lama Rabten Tshering and others. Kevin is inspired by ancient traditions and the power and potential of strengthening the mind-body connection.
