Kevin is a Registered Massage Therapist and Therapeutic Yoga Teacher with training in Meditation and Mindfulness. His interest in meditation and yoga has deepened over the years with extensive study alongside teachers, authors, philosophers, and spiritual guides, including Lama Rabten Tshering and others. Kevin is inspired by ancient traditions and the power and potential of strengthening the mind-body connection.
Level 2 Meditation: Contemplation & Compassion Practices (June 21 with Kevin)
Build on your experience from Meditation Level 1. Gain tools for daily life as we cultivate your practice through experiential exercises, guided meditation, and group discussion.
