Ali completed her Master of Occupational Therapy at University of British Columbia in 2021. Her interest in the profession was ignited after her stroke, where she worked on cognitive rehabilitation with an occupational therapist. Ali’s personal and professional experience in brain injury provide her with a unique lens to support clients through the acute, rehabilitative, and return-to-life phases of recovery.
Ali is excited about the brain and everything it can tell us about development and rehabilitation throughout the lifespan and after injury. She can be found exploring the latest research in evidence-based methodologies to support clients and families in their desired goals.
Brain Injury & Concussion
Ali offers community-based appointments to tailor treatments for adult sessions in their communities of work, home, and everyday life. She has additional training in brain injury and cognitive rehabilitation, concussion rehabilitation, and functional cognition for return-to-work and return-to-school. Ali has assisted several teens and adults return to school and work after concussion.
Pediatric Services
Ali offers in-clinic, community, and school-based pediatric services with games and activities to aid child development and participation in areas of school, self-care, and leisure activities. She is passionate about supporting infants, children, youth, and their families in the following areas:

Gross motor skills
Executive functioning
Self-care and life skills
Emotional regulation
Sensory preferences
Please note: Ali is not currently on the Registered Autism Service Provider (RASP) list and is not able to accept referrals for families with provincial autism funding for children under 6 years of age.
