Meet Logan Wong
Kinesiologist
Logan is an experienced personal trainer and former fitness manager who focuses on sharing his passion of fitness which lead to him pursuing a career and graduating with a Bachelor in Kinesiology from the University of the Fraser Valley.
Logan focuses on helping his clients achieve their fitness goals while improving their mental and emotional health. He is knowledgeable with individuals who want to lose weight, build muscle or improve their functional fitness. His additional areas of expertise include working with the older population with comorbidities, parkinson’s disease and neck pain. His philosophy for his training is “move better, live better”.
In his spare time, Logan enjoys being physically active by weight lifting, participating in recreational sports and conquering hikes that offer a wonderful view.
