I am a passionate fitness leader and sports coach who has been empowering individuals since 2008. With a deep-seated interest in the human body and a love for coaching, I turned my passion into a fulfilling career in Kinesiology.

My specialties encompass sport and exercise pedagogy, performance planning and injury prevention and rehabilitation. I have worked with a diverse range of clients, from pre-and post-surgical patients to individuals navigating motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, and both acute and chronic conditions.

I believe in equipping clients with the tools and knowledge they need to achieve their goals, fostering a collaborative and client-centered approach that makes every session enjoyable and supportive. Whether you’re focused on recovery, fitness, health, or athletic performance, I am dedicated to helping you thrive.

If my approach feels like the right fit, you can book an appointment and we can start working toward your fitness goals together.

Nicole Rogers

KINESIOLOGIST

I’ve been fascinated by how the body moves and adapts since I was young. After completing my Bachelor’s of Kinesiology at Capilano University, I developed broad clinical interests ranging from complex neurological conditions and return-to-sport programs to clinical communication, with a particular focus on supporting people living with chronic pain. My approach is patient-centered and trauma-informed, prioritizing your goals, preferences, and comfort to make movement feel safe and accessible for every body. I also serve as a clinical mentor for emerging kinesiology students.

Exercise is just one part of kinesiology care

Personalized movement support for strength, recovery, and confidence

Kinesiology can support a wide range of goals, from injury recovery and pain management to strength, mobility, conditioning, return to activity, and overall wellbeing. Every person’s body, capacity, and goals are different, which is why care should never be one-size-fits-all.

At Tall Tree, kinesiology starts with understanding how you move, what you’re working toward, and what may be getting in the way. We take the time to learn about your health history, lifestyle, activity level, and goals so we can create a movement plan tailored to your needs.

Whether you are recovering from an injury, building strength, improving function, or getting back to the activities you love, our team is here to help you move forward with confidence.

At Tall Tree, we focus on:

  • Movement specialists using evidence-based techniques to optimize recovery and prevent injuries.

  • Tailored programs to boost mobility, strength, and function.

  • A results-driven approach addressing root causes for lasting confidence and pain-free living.

We are a member of the ICBC Recovery Network which is a group of allied health care practitioners and clinics who can direct bill ICBC during your recovery. It includes acupuncturists, chiropractors, counsellors, kinesiologists, massage therapists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and psychologists.
