Ongoing ADHD Support

50-minute sessions, in person or virtual

After your assessment, you can continue with ADHD support through Psychology or Occupational Therapy, depending on your goals and needs. 

Psychology sessions focus on ADHD skill-building and psychological support, including emotional regulation, self-esteem, anxiety, burnout, executive function challenges, and understanding how ADHD shows up in your life. 

Occupational Therapy sessions focus on practical strategies for executive functioning at home, at work, and in the community, including routines, planning, organization, follow-through, overwhelm, and daily systems. 

ADHD counselling is also available virtually for those looking for additional mental health support across BC.
