Ashley Hewer
Registered Clinical Counsellor
I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. My clinical focus includes trauma, stress, anxiety, burnout, moral injury, late-diagnosed or suspected ADHD, chronic pain, and mind/body conditions such as migraines, IBS, ME/CFS, long COVID, and fibromyalgia.
I also support clients with relationships, substance use, co-dependency, and questions around life purpose. My approach is holistic, client-centred, and trauma-informed, drawing from CBT, CPT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, attachment-based work, and somatic interventions.
I also hold advanced certification in Pain Reprocessing Therapy and Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy, which are specifically designed to support chronic pain and mind/body conditions.
