Before your assessment, we’ll send you intake paperwork to complete. This helps your psychologist review your history, symptoms, and concerns ahead of your appointment. 

If you’d like support completing the paperwork, you can book an optional 50-minute Occupational Therapy session. This can be helpful if you want help organizing your history, identifying patterns, or gathering examples of how your symptoms show up in daily life.
