From the far away land of New Zealand, Josh joins the Kinesiology team with a wealth of knowledge and a sweet accent ! While obtaining his Masters in Health Science, Josh has spent the past 5 years working as a supervisor at his university's clinical exercise clinic, while also running his own personal training business.

Josh has had extensive exercise rehab experience, training with a diverse range of chronic illnesses and conditions. Josh has an interest in exercise prescription for various neurological disorders such as Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke, and Parkinson's disease.He especially has a passion in exercise prescription for various degrees of Spinal Cord Injury.

With a strong belief that anyone and everyone can exercise, he's ready to help you begin your exercise journey towards your goals.When he's not in the clinic, you can catch him hanging with his 11 year-old German Shepard, Jersey, or watching Star Wars. He usually does both at the same time.
