Wynona Put is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) graduating with high honors in 2017 from The Ontario College of Health and Technology. Prior to becoming an RMT, she acquired a bachelor of Health Science in Kinesiology and Health Promotion. Wynona has always had an interest in health and wellness. Massage therapy was a significant part of her recovery process from her own injuries and rehab as a competitive athlete.

Wynona is a strong advocate for injury prevention. Her goal is to both treat injuries and educate on how to prevent injury recurrence. She believes that small changes in one’s lifestyle can make a big difference in overall health and quality of life.

Wynona also believes in the importance of a relaxation massage as part of a healthy regimen and feels that it can be great for eliminating the stress in the upper back, shoulders and neck.

Wynona also teaches at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy once a week

In her free time, Wynona enjoys exploring the west coast with her friends and fiancé. Wynona also participates in the infamous Tough Mudder obstacle runs with her partner on a yearly basis. Wynona is dedicated to encouraging and practicing a healthy and active lifestyle by participating in CrossFit on a daily basis and improving her functional fitness.
