Counselling Victoria BC

The goal of counselling is to help individuals of all ages and abilities in their pursuit of overall health and wellness. A Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) will help you use and enhance your pre-existing skills, as well as help you develop new ones, which will improve your daily life and help you overcome the challenges that you may be facing.

Counselling at Tall Tree, like all our services, is based on a holistic approach; your overall health and well-being are of the utmost importance to us. My role is to meet you where you’re at and work alongside you to help you achieve your goals. Our work is always about you and what you want in life right now and in the future, and planning how to make that happen.

Benefits of counselling are numerous and often include enhanced self-awareness, improved mood, relationships, stress management, and lifestyle.

Registered Clinical Counsellors in BC are accountable to the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) for ethical practices, they must hold a minimum of a Master’s degree of equivalent education, and must have satisfied the necessary clinical and supervision experience required for certification.
