In this class we’ll do specific osteoporosis treatment exercises that effectively increase bone mass and improve bone architecture leading to strong bones and improved bone health. We’ll also go through balance and agility exercises that will prevent falls and improve your coordination.

Above and beyond the exercise portion of the class we’ll be happy to give you information on diet and nutrition. This is a great option for individuals who are keen to take a proactive approach to their bone health.
