Nicole recently completed her BSc in Kinesiolgy at the University of Victoria. She has a particular interest in nutrition, mental health and the benefits of exercise. Nicole has always had a passion for physical activity and believes that exercise is an essential part of a healthy life.

Nicole also works as an Inclusion Facilitator for students with developmental disabilities at UVic and coaches softball for Special Olympics. Nicole hopes to pursue a masters degree in Occupational Therapy so that she can better support the diverse needs of the individuals she works with.

Outside of work, Nicole loves to cycle, camp and hike. She also enjoys spending time in the kitchen making healthy meals and baking cookies.
