Golf Stronger Longer Program


The sole purpose of the Golf Stronger Longer Program is to maximize your physical capabilities as a golfer, improving your game and keeping you pain free. This is not a general fitness program; we are NOT training for a marathon or body building show. This is a sports specific program that identifies swing limitations and corrects the problem with individualized manual therapy, motor skill training and therapeutic exercise to help you reach your goals quickly, efficiently and safely.

Backed by the science and technology provided to us by the Titleist Performance Institute (“TPI”) the TPI Movement Screen uncovers limitations in your game by breaking the swing down into 16 specific screens to analyze your mobility, stability, and ability to control movement without pain. Together we will establish the physical limitations of your swing and understand how your body moves. This gives us a snapshot of where you are and where you need to go to overcome your physical limitations and take your game to the next level.

what to expect

First Visit:  A comprehensive review of your health history, goal setting, and a baseline TPI movement assessment, and a thorough discussion of diet options and program specifics. At this visit your movement will be assessed and you will receive a Tall Tree training journal, an email explaining your movement assessment results and potential swing characteristics.

Second Visit: Your individualized movement program and instructional session, and a clear schedule of your Golf Stronger Longer program.

Follow up appointments: Treatment is tailored specifically for you to address what is needed to accomplish your movement and golf goals. Treatments generally include manual therapy, chiropractic manipulation therapy, therapeutic exercise, myofascial cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation, and movement education.
