Golf Stronger Longer Program

The sole purpose of the Golf Stronger Longer Program is to maximize your physical capabilities as a golfer, improving your game and keeping you pain free. This is not a general fitness program; we are NOT training for a marathon or body building show. This is a sports specific program that identifies swing limitations and corrects the problem with individualized manual therapy, motor skill training and therapeutic exercise to help you reach your goals quickly, efficiently and safely.

Science and Technology to Swing like the Pros

Backed by the science and technology provided to us by the Titleist Performance Institute (“TPI”) the TPI Movement Screen uncovers limitations in your game by breaking the swing down into 16 specific screens to analyze your mobility, stability, and ability to control movement without pain. Together we will establish the physical limitations of your swing and understand how your body moves. This gives us a snapshot of where you are and where you need to go to overcome your physical limitations and take your game to the next level.

Find Your Power

Whether you want to improve your handicap or just win the longest drive contest with your buddies, every golfer wants to drive the ball farther. Improving your body’s specific mechanics to match your physical abilities is the key to a more consistent and more powerful swing. The results of your movement assessment direct us to a treatment and movement therapy prescription to take your game to the next level.

Golf Longevity

Stop the frustration that comes with physical limitation.

This system is an individualized approach to make you a more efficient golfer; even better, swing efficiency leads to golf longevity. Golf longevity will have you golfing more often, with less fatigue, and fewer injuries. If this is something you have been looking for, then we have your solution.

A Testimonial from a  'graduate' of the "Golf Stronger Longer Program':

Dr. Ben Stebbins did an assessment on my mobility pertaining to golf 6 weeks ago. He then provided me with a thorough report and an exercise program which he adjusted in my follow up sessions. He also performed chiropractic adjustments on where I needed as we progressed. I was very surprised the improvement in my flexibilities within a month, even my golf coach noticed the change in my physical abilities of my golf swings. I also had side benefits including the disappearance of my back and knee pains. Dr. Stebbins is a very personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and his professional services. - Jeanne K
