Jeremy teaches our fitness classes. He brings a good dose of motivation, safety, and fun. Expect a thorough, effective, and enjoyable program to fast track your progress towards full recovery.
These 1-hour rehab classes are limited to 4 people, allowing focused and individual instruction.
We want you to get all the way better. Treatment often ends when symptoms disappear, but that doesn’t mean you’re completely out of the woods. We offer you the opportunity to continue your rehab program in our state-of-the-art gym. An exercise specialist will develop a tailored gym program with your therapist, to make sure that your injury doesn’t happen again.
This class focuses on osteoporosis treatment exercises that effectively increase bone mass and improve bone architecture, leading to strong bones and improved bone health. We’ll also go through balance and agility exercises to prevent falls and improve your coordination.
In addition, we’ll be happy to give you information on diet and nutrition. This is a great option for individuals who are keen to take a proactive approach to their bone health.
“Core strength” gets a lot of attention in the health and fitness world, but it’s not as simple as a six-pack. This class is designed to develop strength and movement quality that will help you feel strong, pain-free, and equipped to face the physical challenges of real life. It’s a class designed to get your back resilient to pain. Back exercises will include mobility, strength, endurance, balance, coordination, and movement training. Expect a fun and challenging class with lots of one-on-one attention.
