Where to start? Let's walk it over...

What’s the best place to start when you want to help your health? Nutrition, stress management, sleep, smoking cessation, a check-up at the Drs office, and physical activity all jump to mind. Adjusting our behaviors and sometimes our thoughts can impact how we feel as well.

In every case it’s challenging to change our habits and lifestyle. Ice cream is good, so is the couch; Netflix keeps us up late, alarms wake us up early. Stress and injuries are often a part of our lives and doesn’t feel all that optional.

I did some research and I went looking for something that involves minimum change and maximum benefit. I found a quintessential doozy, and I’m hoping it will add to your motivation bank. 

So what is said doozy? Well, I’ll build suspense and start off by talking about the results you can expect…

A brisk walk is just fine. No heavy breathing/sweating necessary.
