Back Workouts

“Core strength” gets a lot of attention in the health and fitness world, but it’s not as simple as doing a bunch of sit-ups and we're not all that interested in a six-pack. This class is designed to develop strength and movement quality that will help you feel strong, pain free, and equipped to face the physical challenges of real life. It’s a class designed to get your back resilient to pain. Back exercises will include mobility, strength, endurance, balance, coordination, and movement training. Expect a fun and challenging class with lots of one-on-one attention.

Back Support and Lower Back Exercises

We'll introduce some high quality back exercises and back workouts that will prevent and alleviate back pain and get you feeling strong. Your core, hip, and back muscles will get a great workout and we'll compliment it with some quality back stretches so that you leave class feeling great.
