Born and raised in Victoria, Amanda grew up in an active family playing soccer, dancing, running and doing yoga. Exposure to health and wellness from a young age encouraged Amanda to find a career in the health sciences, and after travelling through various countries post- secondary, Amanda found herself enrolled in the massage therapy program in her hometown. Amanda graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in August 2015.

Amanda is passionate about massage therapy, and enjoys treating various soft-tissue and health related issues. Whether an acute injury, head aches, migraines, post-operative recovery, chronic illness, or pregnancy, Amanda recognizes that no body is the same, and maintains an open mind to new techniques and styles.  She prefers to work particularly with the myofascial network and focuses on functional movements.

She will always work alongside her patients to attain the best treatment plan and is constantly looking to further her education and training for the variety of people she treats.  Most recently Amanda has taken her yoga teacher training and is looking forward incorporating this into her practice.

In her off time, Amanda loves practicing yoga, running or hiking with her dog, or skiing.  When she's not being active you will find her taking over the kitchen cooking and baking, or curled up on the couch knitting and crafting.
